BANK ANGLER STATE OF ORIGIN COMPETITION (B.A.S.O)
As part of growing Carp angling as a sport in Australia we'll be hosting an exciting new competition for State teams from Queensland and NSW.
This will be a strength vs strength competition meaning the strongest anglers will be selected to represent their respective states. Anglers who aren't selected are welcome to come along and social fish outside the competition area. In future Club rankings will start to play a bigger role in selecting the teams. It would also be great if we can have some volunteers to help with the weigh ins.
Competitions like this offer anglers the best opportunity to test their skills. What's also great is that it takes place in a team environment where members work together to achieve a shared goal. Sharing these expertise ultimately help all competitors to become more capable anglers. Believe me, once you've tasted it, you're going to want more!!!
Anglers who would like to be part of this must please complete the application form and email it to [email protected]. The completed application must reach us before 31 May. We will announce the teams early in June.
