STOP HuNGER FESTIVAL 2019
The festival is an initiative to help raise much needed funds to feed more than 8000 young children in South Africa on a daily basis. The Stop Hunger Project is entirely dependent on fundraising initiatives like this one to continue the good and desperately needed work they are doing.
We therefore invite you and you family to come and enjoy a day or the whole weekend with us and in the process help those little ones who can not help themselves. We plan lots of exciting activities ranging from camping on Friday and or Saterday night, Angling Competition, Boeresport (Tradisional Afrikaaner games), Potjiekos Competion (tradisional firepit dish), heaps of entertainment for the kids and ending the weekend of with a open air church service on the Sunday.
Funds will be raised through the following activities:
Camping: $30 per stand for both Friday and Saturday night (Maximum 6 people)
Fishing Competition: $10 per angler over the age of 18, Gold coin donation or voluntary $10 for anglers younger than 18.
Market stall: $50 or $30 if uou reserve your spot early
Potjiekos competition entry: $20
Potjiekos meal: Gold coin donation for a plate of food.
Kids activities: Gold coin donation

STOP HONGER FEES 2019
Thie STOP HONGER FEES is 'n fondsinsameling inisiatief ten bate van die STOP HONGER PROJEK wat betuur word deur Helpende Hand / Solidariteit.
Elke aand is daar kleuters wat honger gaan slaap. Hulle ouers kan net eenvoudig nie bekostig om vir hulle kos te verskaf nie.
Daar is tans meer as 8000 kleuters wat deel uitmaak van Solidariteit Helpende Hand se voedingsprojek. Die projek fokus daarop om behoeftige kleuterskole te ondersteun met koopbewyse om kos aan te koop. Om te verseker dat hierdie kleuters genoeg voedsel ontvang, moet Helpende Hand 1,5 miljoen etes hierdie jaar voorsien.
Ons beoog om deur middel van die volgende aktiwiteite die nodige fondse in te samel.
Kampeer: $30 eenmalig per staanplek vir Vrydag en of Saterdag (Maksimum 6 persone)
Visvang kompetisie: $10 per volwassene. Muntstuk bydrae of vrywillige $10 vir hengellaars jonger as 18
Stalletjie: $50 of $30 vir die wat vroeg 'n stalletjie staanplek bespreek.
Potjiekos Kompetisie: $20 per inskrywing
Potjie maaltyd: $ Munstuk donasie vir 'n bord kos
Kinder aktiwiteite: $ Muntstuk donasie
