Due to the high water level and reduced bank space we unfortunately have to limit the number of pegs to 30.
Teams must consist of two anglers. Only teams with two confirmed members will be placed on the "Registered Teams" list. Individual anglers will be on the "Pre-Registration" list so people can see who's still looking for a team member. The names of anglers who does not have a team mate by the registration cut-off date will go in a hat and paired by "Lucky draw". Same will happen in case of a late entry or when team members withdraw.
If your application is approved, then it will also serve as your registration document as well as acceptance and agreement of the associated rules, terms, conditions and disclaimer.
Teams who want to send through there applications can do so at any time between 10 September 2024 and the cut-off date which will be around February 2025. Some of the administrative tasks however needs to be completed well in advance and for this we need a fairly accurate estimate of how many people we expect will attend the event. We would therefor appreciate it if those who plan to enter the event can send us your applications sooner rather than later. Each member must complete their own application form.
